How Do I Use the App?
Start by downloading the app from the Xerox App Gallery on your device.
Load your document into the feeder, then choose from Xerox’s preset redaction options—including social security numbers, phone numbers, email addresses, and street addresses. Need more customization? Select specific words, names, dates, or other sensitive data to redact.
Once you've made your selections, choose additional options like two-sided scanning or email delivery. Before finalizing, preview your document to ensure everything looks right.
When you're ready, hit ‘Accept’ to print or email your redacted document—secure and compliance-ready in seconds.

In addition to downloading the standalone Xerox Auto-Redact app, you can get access to the same useful AI technology in Xerox Workflow Central. This subscription-based workflow platform bundles a variety of productivity apps or “workflows” for one price.
