The Xerox Versant 280 is a mid-production press built for workgroups that need an efficient machine that can be tailored to meet their production printing needs. 

However, as we will discuss later on, the Versant 280 will not be a fit for most traditional workgroups.  

Because it is a production press, it will be an expensive purchase—which means you need to make sure it is the perfect fit for your workplace before buying.

However, without upgrades or other services, the VersaLink C8000 costs almost $3,000, which means you need to know for certain that it is the right machine for you before purchasing.
