Where can you buy or lease printers and copiers in Dallas, TX?

Being that Dallas is in the top 10 largest cities in the United States, according to World Population Review, there are dozens of places you can buy new office printing equipment from.

It’s important that you know your options, too: Because the types of products and services offered by local Dallas print vendors will vary. Just as things like location and history of customer satisfaction will differ from company to company.

As a printer/copier vendor for almost four decades serving the greater part of North Texas, we make it our obligation to honestly inform consumers of their purchasing options when buying their next office machine.

With that being the case, we’ve put together a list of six places where you can buy printers and copiers in the Dallas area.

Although we also sell office machines and services in Dallas, we will be excluding ourselves from this list to make it as objective as possible.

6 Places to Buy Printers and Copiers in Dallas

Before we dive into the list, let’s go through a few important caveats:

  • This list is in no particular order and was made to give you a sense of what’s out there as you look for your next machine.

  • The primary categories we used in creating this list are location, products and services offered and customer reviews.

  • Just because a local company didn’t make it on this list doesn’t mean they are not reputable and can’t sell high-quality equipment.

We encourage you to vet out all companies in your area because a lot of times you’re not just buying a machine from a vendor.

Many companies opt to lease their printers to offset the short-term cost, which means you are entering into a business partnership with the printer/copier leasing company you’re using.

This makes it all the more important that you choose the right company to partner with. This list will give you a sense of the types of vendors that you can buy a printer/copier from in Dallas:

  1. Ally Office Solutions

The first company on this list is Ally Office Solutions, which sells Kyocera-branded machines and has decades of combined experience in the industry.

They also offer additional services like business applications for your printer and their managed print services solution called SIMPLE Print. They are located in Southlake, TX.

  1. The Copier Warehouse

Next up is The Copier Warehouse, which is a copier leasing/rental vendor located in the AMLI Design District in Dallas, TX.

They lease Ricoh machines and include a service team with over 25+ years of experience in the industry. Their lease/rental program is particularly popular for places like construction sites, film sets, conventions and specialty sporting events, among others.

Supplies are a crucial component to owning a printer or copier, and you need to make sure you have a solution in place, so you don’t end up overpaying for supplies in the future. Which Printer/Copier Company Is Right for You?

The company you ultimately choose to buy or lease a printer/copier from is more important than you may think, especially if you’re choosing to lease.

Equally significant as the machine itself is the maintenance, supplies, service and support that comes along with the printer, especially if you’re buying a larger machine to be used at a high print volume.

The companies listed above are six of the places that you can buy/lease printers and copiers from in Dallas, but how do you choose which one is right for you?

We’ve found that the four questions below can help navigate you to your ideal printer/copier company:

  • What kinds of products do they sell—is it the brand you’re wanting?

  • What additional services do they offer?

  • How close am I to the company’s location?

  • Do they have positive customer reviews on Google?

These are certainly not the only questions you need to consider, but they will help get you started down the right path to better office printing equipment.

No matter what your situation is, you need to be well-educated in order to make the best purchasing decision possible. Because printers can have a total value exceeding the multi-thousand-dollar range, this point only becomes more imperative.

If you want to make sure to get the right machine in place the first time around, download your free copy of our Guide to Purchasing or Leasing a Printer for Your Business to serve as a resource for you as you search for your next printer.

As mentioned in the introduction, we also sell printers, copiers and services in the Dallas area and can provide you with free quotes on how much you can expect to pay for a new office machine based on your work environment.

No matter what you decide, though, make sure to take your time and examine your options. Buying a new printer/copier is a big purchase that should not be taken lightly, and your office printing equipment is the last thing that should be causing you frustration in the workplace.
