So, You've Purchased a Printer. What Happens Next?

Once you make the purchase, you’ll want to coordinate with your business consultant to plan your installation. They will be your point of contact for all things STPT during this process. Your business consultant can put you in contact with service technicians, Xerox agents, or they can go over key price points with you at your convenience.

1. Choose the Day and Time that Best Fits Your Schedule.

We want printer installation to make your job easier, not harder. Plan ahead and discuss your business needs with your consultant.

2. Fill Out the Customer Requirement Input Form (CRIF Form)

The CRIF form (explained below) is important because it helps your service technician help you. Fill it out ahead of time so your service tech knows exactly what features your printer needs.

3. Meet Your Technician on Installation Day

Mark the date on your calendar and meet your technician. They will ensure your printer is properly installed.

When Will Your New Copier Printer Be Installed?

The installation date almost always occurs within two weeks of purchase.

If we have current stock available in our warehouse, your new machine could arrive as early as the next day after purchase. However, the specific delivery time for your printer depends on how fast we get the machine delivered to our warehouse and the time of year. During peak seasons, installations tend to occur closer to the two-week mark.

Due to variations in delivery timelines, it is important you discuss printer lead time with your business consultant when placing your order.

Before the service technician arrives with your new machine, you'll want to please fill out the customer requirement input form (CRIF form.) The CRIF form makes installation quicker and easier because it gives your service tech all the info they need to install your printer according to tour specifications.

Click the button below to fill our your CRIF form now and save time on installation day.

Fill Out Your CRIF Form

If you do not have the CRIF form completed and ready prior to the day of installation, the process may be delayed.
